Is your business ready for an AI agent?

An AI readiness assessment for small businesses: twelve questions, three minutes, and a straight answer on whether to automate now, which job to automate first, and which AI factory fits. No sign-up to see the result.

Lead handlingQuestion 1 of 12

When a new lead comes in, how fast does someone answer?

How the score works

The assessment scores four areas out of nine: lead handling, repeatable admin, marketing and content, and systems and data. The systems-and-data score sets the readiness band, because an AI system needs somewhere to live (a CRM, an ad account, a booking tool) and someone to approve what it proposes. The other three areas show where the hours and the missed revenue are, which is the job to automate first.

It is a heuristic, not a diagnosis. It exists so the discovery call starts from your situation instead of from scratch. Read what an AI factory is for a small business and what AI automation services cover for the longer version.

Questions about the assessment

What is an AI readiness assessment?
A short, structured check of whether a business can get value from an AI system now: is there a repeatable job with enough volume, are the systems it would connect to in place, can anyone see revenue, and is there a person to own the output. This one is twelve questions and takes about three minutes.
Is this assessment really free?
Yes. You see your score, the first job to automate and the factory that fits without entering anything. The optional written breakdown asks for an email.
What does the score mean?
Each of four areas scores 0 to 9. The systems-and-data score decides the readiness band (not yet, one job first, or ready); the other three decide which job has the most pain and therefore which factory to start with.
What happens after the assessment?
Nothing automatic. If the result makes sense, book a free thirty-minute discovery call and we will tell you honestly whether a factory fits, needs adapting, or should wait.
Is an AI factory only for large companies?
No. The three factories here grow our own small products and are built for businesses with one to fifty people, scoped integration by integration, and owned by the client at handoff.
