Content Factory · SEO and AI-search content

A six-month content plan that writes itself — with every claim sourced.

Content is the cheapest compounding traffic a small business can buy, and the easiest to fake badly. The Content Factory does the whole job and refuses to make things up. It maps your site, competitors and search results, produces a six-month plan with money pages, topic clusters and AI-visibility pieces, and after your approval writes each article on a schedule — but only after finding real sources, then checks every statistic and quote against them before a human ever reviews the draft.

What you get

Outcomes, not features

  • A six-month, 48-article content plan researched against your competitors and delivered for your approval in about an hour.

  • Two to three fully written, illustrated articles published to your site every week, automatically.

  • Every statistic and quote is checked against a real source before publishing; unsourceable articles are blocked, not faked.

  • Content structured so ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews can cite you: TL;DR, key takeaways, FAQ schema, llms.txt.

  • You keep final say. Each article arrives as a review-and-approve item, never silently live.

Is this for you?

Who this is for

SEO compounds, which means it rewards the businesses that can keep publishing for months. This is an engagement for people who would otherwise hire a content marketer or pay per article, and want the output without the afternoons.

A good fit when

  • You sell something people search for, and you can name the pages that make you money.
  • You can commit to six months. Search traffic builds slowly and then keeps paying; it does not reward a one-month experiment.
  • Someone on your side can approve a plan once and review an article in ten minutes, two or three times a week.
  • You have a site we can publish to, or you want one built first.

Not yet, if

  • You need customers this month. Paid acquisition is faster — that is the Customer Factory.
  • Your site is on a CMS we have not published to yet. Not a blocker, but the publishing adapter is scoped into the build.
  • You want a plan you never look at. The approval and review steps are the point.

Not sure which side you are on? That is what the discovery call is for.

What you are choosing between

Your alternative is hiring humans at full rate, maybe augmented by AI — or a system that is already proving itself and works while you sleep.

Hire a content marketerOne person, 2–4 articles a month at nearly four hours each, plus research, images and SEO plumbing squeezed in around it.$78,760 median salary for marketing specialists; ~30% more in benefits

Before we built the sourcing gates, our own audit found 143 of 291 citations — 49% — could not be verified. That number is why the gates exist, and why nothing publishes without them now.

Against industry benchmarks

Our numbers next to the published averages

Same engine, different bottlenecks — each one found in weeks because every result is tracked to the funnel, not the click.

Cadence and effort vs. the average business blog

Your hours per article~10 minutes to review3 hours 48 minutes to write
Traffic effect of 11+ posts a monthBuilt to hit it every month~3× the traffic of 0–1 posts (companies ≤10 people)

The compounding SEO benefit starts around 11 posts a month. Almost no small business gets there by hand, because each post costs an afternoon.

Source: Orbit Media, 2025 Blogging Survey (average post 3h 48m; publishing several times a month is the most common cadence). HubSpot benchmark of 13,500+ companies (11+ posts/month ≈ 3× traffic for companies with ≤10 employees; 16+/month ≈ 3.5× traffic and 4.5× leads).

AI content is cheap. AI content you can defend is not. The factory refuses to write what it cannot source, which is the difference between a blog that builds authority and one that quietly destroys it.

How it runs

The loop, step by step

This is the actual pipeline we run for ourselves, not a diagram. A human approves at the points that matter; the machine does the rest.

Built to publish for our own portfolio. It wrote the last 35 articles on this site and runs for oneresume.ai, optionscout.ai, geogenius.ai, tradeplanner.ai, newshacker.ai and rsmaps.ai.

  1. 01

    Discover

Reads your site, your voice guide and your goals. Names the money pages the content has to feed.

  2. 02

    Research

Crawls your site, competitors, search results and the questions people actually ask, and stores the evidence.

  3. 03

    Plan

Produces a six-month calendar: money pages, topic clusters, backlink-worthy pieces and AI-visibility articles. Nothing is written until you approve the plan.

  4. 04

    Source

For each due article, builds a source pack of real, retrievable references. Fewer than three and it does not write.

  5. 05

    Write

Drafts the article on schedule with citation tokens only — it cannot invent a number — then generates a hero image.

  6. 06

    Verify

A ten-check validator confirms every citation resolves and actually supports the claim, with an entailment judge as the last gate.

  7. 07

    Publish

Opens a review item on your site — a pull request, a draft, or a queue — and goes live when you approve. The plan reconciles itself against what actually shipped.

Guardrails

You stay in control

  • You approve the plan first

Nothing is written until you have approved the six-month plan. Money pages come first.

  • Sourcing gate

Fewer than three real, retrievable sources and the article is skipped and reported, not faked.

  • Citation validator

Ten checks, including a judge that confirms each source actually supports the claim it is cited for.

  • Review before live

Every article arrives as a review item. Approved means published; nothing goes live silently.

  • Your voice, encoded

A voice template per site — tone, terms, things never to say — applied to every draft.

  • Duplicate and freshness checks

No repeated hero images, no repeated topics, and a refresh cadence for pieces that age.

Timeline

From kickoff to a publishing machine

The first weeks are research and plan approval. After that it runs on a calendar.

Typical, not fixed. How fast the first article ships depends mostly on your site: a GitHub-hosted site is publishing within days of plan approval; a WordPress, Webflow or Shopify blog needs an adapter first, which adds a week or two. Plan approval is on your clock, not ours. We set the calendar together on the discovery call.

  1. About 1 week

    01 · Discover

Voice guide captured, money pages named, site SEO plumbing audited (sitemap, RSS, article schema, llms.txt) and installed if missing.

    You

    One interview; site access

  2. 1–2 weeks

    02 · Research and plan

Research pack on your site, competitors and search demand; the six-month plan — 48 pieces: clusters, backlink bait, AI-visibility articles, calendar.

    You

    Approve the plan

  3. 1–2 weeks, CMS-dependent

    03 · First articles

Publishing adapter connected to your site; first three sourced articles delivered as review items; source packs attached.

    You

    Review and approve

  4. Months 2–6

    04 · Cadence

Three articles a week through month three, two a week plus one refresh a week through month six. Monthly reconciliation of the plan.

    You

    Ten minutes per article

  5. Month 6

    05 · Handover

Engine, plan, research and voice template in your accounts; runbook and training. Optional support retainer continues the cadence.

Proof

Built on our own products

We don't sell a factory we haven't run. Every one of these grows something in our own portfolio first.

Said plainly

This factory publishes to a GitHub-hosted site out of the box. A WordPress, Webflow or Shopify blog needs a publishing adapter, which is scoped into the build. And the sourcing gate will sometimes skip an article rather than ship it — that is the feature, not a bug.

What you'll need

  • A site we can publish to — a GitHub-hosted site today, or a CMS we add a publishing adapter for
  • Your voice: existing content, a style guide, or an hour with us to capture it
  • One person who approves the plan and reviews articles as they arrive
  • Basic on-site SEO plumbing, which we install if it is missing (sitemap, RSS, article schema, llms.txt)

Don't have all of it? That's normal. Most of the list gets set up during the build.

How we work

How an engagement works

Custom pricing, scoped on a discovery call. You own what we build. Optional support retainer after launch.

  1. 01

    Discovery call

Thirty minutes. You describe the job the factory has to do; we tell you honestly whether one of ours fits, needs adapting, or should be built from scratch.

  2. 02

    Scope

A written scope with the systems we connect to, the approvals you keep, and a fixed quote. Custom pricing — every factory is built to spec.

  3. 03

    Build

We build on the same stack and playbooks that run our own products, in your accounts, with you signing off on each piece before it goes live.

  4. 04

    You own it

The code, the accounts, the data and the prompts are yours at handoff. No platform lock-in, no subscription to us to keep the lights on.

  5. 05

    Support (optional)

A monthly support and tuning retainer once launched — monitoring, model upgrades, new angles — for as long as it earns its keep. Cancel anytime.
