gamescout.ai

The Vision

gamescout.ai turns game film into a game plan. Coaches drag in game footage, HUDL exports or Synergy data; computer vision dissects tendencies and produces a SWOT scanner on opponents, a lineup optimizer, a play generator with diagrams and physics-based simulations, and a prioritized practice planner, across basketball, hockey, soccer and football. The proof of concept is already live with a real team: a password-gated playbook portal installs plays directly on each player's device, so the whole roster studies the same material before kickoff, and a public demo walks prospects through the ingestion flow. The long-term platform becomes the operating system for youth, high-school and college programs that want pro-level scouting without a pro-level staff.

Business Case

Sports analytics is a $50B+ market growing at triple-digit AI adoption rates, and the millions of youth, high-school and college teams still coach off paper playbooks and raw film; gamescout.ai has a working team-facing proof of concept and monetizes through per-team subscriptions, program-wide licenses and enterprise API access for film and data providers, positioning an acquirer to own AI-assisted coaching from the bottom of the pyramid up.

Incubation Notes

"Proof of concept in the field: a password-gated team playbook app (Crusader QB) delivers installed plays to players' devices, with a public interactive demo of the game-film ingestion flow."
